Prior to shipping
contact us by e-mail or phone so we schedule your quilt to get on the frame as soon as we receive it.
Shipping charges will be $13 - $20 for the average size quilt. We will return your quilt to you by Priority Mail, insure it for $100 and add a Delivery Confirmation to the package. If you want to insure it for more than $100, please let us know so we can include that in your charges.
Include your name, address and a telephone number where we can contact you. Please include the work order with your quilt.
Hints for shipping your quilt to us:
- Make sure you have your name, address and telephone number inside the box in the unlikely event the box is lost or misdirected.
- Send the quilt with a Delivery Confirmation to ensure you can track the shipment. Let us know the tracking number and we will track the quilt, too.
- Iron and then carefully fold the quilt top separately from the backing. You can wrap the backing around the quilt top for extra protection.
- Place the quilt and backing in a plastic bag in case your box gets wet.
- Photograph your quilt in case something happens in shipping.
